Do I have to be in to receive my order?
No, most orders will fit through a letterbox and will not require a signature.
Expecting delivery today?
Check Royal Mail's Service Updates pages to see if there were any delays in your area If the mail is too big to fit through the letterbox or a signature is required then Royal Mail need someone to be in when they deliver If you were out, Royal Mail should have left a 'Something for you' card, and may have delivered the item to a neighbour
- Look for the 'Something for you' card and read it carefully on the front and the back
- Check with the neighbours
Still not received your item?
If your order has not arrived within a week of receiving the shipping notification and you have not received a 'Something for you' card it may have ended up at your local delivery or collection office
We cannot offer refunds for orders that have been recorded as delivered to the correct address, but which have been lost or stolen before being collected by the intended recipient.
Channel Islands
We do deliver to the Channel Islands, however, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order as we will have to complete a CN22 customs declaration to accompany your order.
Isle of Man
We do deliver to the Isle of Man, there is no need to contact us prior to placing your order.
Northern Ireland
We do deliver to Northern Ireland, there is no need to contact us prior to placing your order.
Outside United Kingdom
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
