You are able to return unused items up to 100 days after they have been delivered. Please note items from subscription boxes cannot be returned and a subscription can only be cancelled after the second box has been delivered.
We cannot offer refunds for orders that have been recorded as delivered to the address supplied at checkout, but which have been lost or stolen before being collected by the intended recipient. This includes orders that have been returned to sender due to an incomplete delivery address being provided.
If you cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) you must return the order/item on order at your own expense. Please note shipping charges for goods to be returned and previously paid to Victoria London will not be reimbursed. A £3 fee per item will also be deducted from any refund issued. We would recommend sending your order or item via tracked or recorded delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit or for underpaid postage.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) all goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, as all goods will be inspected upon return. All items must include their original retail tag with the correct barcode. The cost of reworking any items returned in a non resalable condition will be deducted from any refund. Victoria London reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the returns policy limit, or items, which are not in the original condition in which they were received.
For hygiene reasons all earrings are non-refundable.
To return your product please use the returns portal to open a returns case. Please note returns are unable to be processed at our registered office address and will not be forwarded. All returns must include a return slip to identify your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund minus the £3 processing fee per item and any shipping promotions that were applied to the original order. If, by returning your item(s), you no longer meet the eligibility requirements for any discounts or promotions (including but not limited to free shipping over £X or a percentage off a future order), the value of those discounts or promotions will also be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we reserve the right to monitor all orders and discount code usage to identify and prevent abuse. If we determine that a discount or promotional code has been used (i) to purchase an identical item that was recently returned, (ii) in any other manner intended to circumvent normal pricing (such as placing a full-priced order and immediately reordering the same item with a discount code generated from the return), or (iii) through duplicate accounts created to take advantage of new customer promotions, we may, at our discretion: invalidate the discount or promotion applied to the subsequent order, deduct the value of the discount or promotion from any refund, and/or cancel and refund the subsequent order without applying the discount or promotion.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time as this may vary between card issuers.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
