All items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging with tags still attached. Items not in their original condition will unfortunately not be able to be accepted for return. Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your piece if any damage occurs.

The warranty applies to all pieces in our Luxe™ - Sterling Silver collection purchased directly from Victoria London and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period. Within the warranty period, if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use we will provide a like for like replacement. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, tarnishing due to extended exposure to any liquid or other chemical, and any modification done by a third party.

Generally all jewellery that's affordable is made overseas, falls apart or turns green, and everything that doesn't costs an arm and a leg. It probably still fades or breaks after a short while anyway.
